Sonal is a qualified physiotherapist from the University of Nottingham, who for the last decade, has been fortunate enough to gain experience in both the public and private sector. Working in both sectors has allowed Sonal to gain a wide range of skills to be able to quickly and safely help patients and clients to reach their goals.
Every client she has worked with has been different, each with their own tale to tell. From, treating clients following a total hip replacement to treating pregnancy related back pain. Her personal approach has allowed her clients to feel comfortable and have the confidence in her to help them get back to the things they love; be that getting back to playing football weekly or just as importantly gaining the independence to walk to the post office.
Continually, Sonal develops her skill set and has completed a Foundation degree course in Acupuncture, she is also a qualified Pilates instructor and specialises in antenatal and postnatal Pilates.
